I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor at Agape Mental Health Services “It wasn’t raining when Noah built the ark.”  Experiencing the feeling that life is overwhelming is to be human.  Current stressors and past traumas can cause us to feel as if life is unmanageable as if we cannot even breathe or think clearly.  Let’s work together not only to manage current challenges but to manage future challenges effectively as well.
