Our Office Hours are:
Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm
However, we know that your mental health needs don't stop when office hours are over.
Using our email service, you can get a message to your therapist when it is convenient for you.
You can also call 988 the state of the art mental health hotline, dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
